I love to move and fell my body -
the energy that floods me
when i'm in the flow with loud music and the tiger in me wakes up.
In yoga I found something that puts a smile on my face.
It helps me to constantly work on my inner balance.

About 20 years ago i attendet my first yoga class, the students' breathing behind me was a bit awkward at first, but i fell immediately in love with the flow, the energy and the tranquil mood.
Professionally, I need to travel a lot
( my mission to make beautiful models even more gorgeous)
and i am travel at heart.
This gives me the opportunity to visit the greatest, funniest and more exciting yoga schools and workshops all around the world -
sometimes in languages i don't understand.
Yoga became my passion and with in the desire to pass it on.
Finally, i decided to make my dream come true.
I completed my yogateacher training in Bali, Indonesia, and am now a certified yoga teacher (RYT).
A great adventure.
I have always been a determined and sporty cheerful person, but after years of jogging and playing tennis i realized, that this didn't do any good to my joints and my back.
I learned that imbalanced one-sided movements harm your body
and that i have to keep my machine running carefully.
We only have this one body - true the motto:
"Building comfort in your own house"
